An unusual pair of half hoop earrings have been created using memory wire, 4mm gun metal grey Czech facted beads, 5.5mm Mother of Pearl dyed bead, 4x3mm melon shaped silver plated beads, 2mm seed beads in two colours, one is clear with a silver lining the other is clear with a rose pink lining. Each wire has a tiny loop at the top to keep the beads in place, and a slightly larger loop at the end. Silver plated butterfly scroll backs have been added.
From the very end of the ear post to the base of the rose Mother of Pearl bead is 5.2cm (52mm).
From the tiny loop at the top of the earring, measuring outwards towards the second 4mm gun metal Czech bead is 1.8cm (18mm) approx.
All pieces are unique and individual as no two pieces will be the same.
I aim to use beads that are made from glass, not plastic, or are from a natural source, ie shell, mother of pearl, crystal or stone.
